Thanks for the reply. So, if your fly is twisting your tippet, is the solution to use stiffer tippet material or go up in size? What causes the tippet to twist? Tippet too small? Tippet too limp? Does it have to do with the shape of the fly? My suspicion is it does because I can use flys of the same weight and size with different configurations and occasionaly one will twist the tippet and I can't put my finger on why.
